The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ Cyprus program is being launched this year to honor the country’s top entrepreneurs for their contributions to the economy and society, promoting entrepreneurship across the island and empowering entrepreneurs to grow their businesses in Cyprus and around the world. EY Cyprus has supported entrepreneurship in Cyprus over the years, most recently with its partnership with Cyprus Seeds. With the Recovery and Resilience Fund and the Governments focus on innovation, digital, green and support for business now is the time for a dedicated programme to foster, support and help local entrepreneurs take on the world.

In the face of adversity, entrepreneurs have an ambition to make a difference – reinventing our future and solving the world’s biggest challenges. Now more than ever, entrepreneurs are rising up to build a better world. Their innovative, irrepressible and resilient spirit will be essential to the recovery, solving problems and creating new opportunities.

The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ program was established more than 30 years ago, in recognition of entrepreneurship, and today operates in more than 60 countries and 145 cities around the world.
By participating in the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ program, entrepreneurs can connect with their peers, access relevant insights to help navigate their growth journey and raise the profile of their companies and teams. Each program culminates in the announcement of an overall winner who then competes for the prestigious EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year™ Award in Monte Carlo, Monaco. The World Entrepreneur of the Year™ is the culmination of the over 60 individual country winners competing for the coveted overall global winner.
Our national winner is expected to head to Monaco in June 2022 to represent Cyprus at the EY World Entrepreneur of the Year Award™ in Monte Carlo. The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ programme not only ensures national and international recognition for successful finalists and winners but also provides a unique and invaluable network and business opportunity within a growing EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ Alumni community.
